PTSD & self-healing: finding peace through yoga and cannabis

“Cannabis is entwined in yogic philosophy, while both are entwined in an expansion of elevated consciousness through a process of self-healing. This self-healing process is important for women with PTSD. For many women, it is difficult to communicate with their bodies due to interpersonal violence. These two practices help women communicate and understand their bodies, as well as, empowering them to become more enlightened in various ways, like self-defense, personal growth, and overall well-being.”
